[me] Bottom-line, I am looking for a way to monitor if there's any process on AIX box that consumes more than 60% of server's CPU. Any idea how to implement that, please?
[support] I tried to research on the issue but I was unable to find any process which could use more than 60% of server's CPU.
The process which would be using such a high amount of CPU cannot be found as it is very rare that any Unix process would be using such a high amount of memory.

Date: 2008-02-12 04:27 pm (UTC)well, I think we're getting into unnecessary details. anyway, if you want to challenge your knowledge of *IX: a command that I was looking for is executed by SiteScope over SSH session and the only output I care is if there is any process that consumes more than 60% of CPU. I do not have to know the process' name and the list of processes varies from server to server
